Social Events

Monday - Saturday: Daytime Events (concluding by 4 p.m.) - $350 + Tax
Monday - Saturday: Evening Events (after 4 p.m.) - $500 + Tax
Sunday: Daytime Events: (Between 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.) - $500 + Tax
Sunday: Evening Events: (after 3 p.m.) - $350 + Tax

Corporate Functions/Seminars/Workshops – Starting @ $500 + Tax

Dinner – Dancing /Wedding Receptions/ Ceremony – Reception Combo - Starting @ $750

Holiday Pricing (starting November 15th – January 5th)

Monday - Saturday: Daytime Events (before 4 p.m.) - $600 + Tax
Monday - Sunday: Evening Events (after 3 p.m.) - $750 + Tax
Sunday: Daytime Events: (Between 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.) - $750+ Tax

Holiday Pricing Rates are applicable to all US Government Observed Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Good Friday, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, & Halloween.

Base Rental includes set-up and breakdown, tables, standard-size chairs, and full-length polyester linens (black or white).

Alcoholic Beverage Policy

Outside alcohol is permited.
During any evening function where alcoholic beverages are served, a $175 security fee will be assessed for 1 HPD Security Officer.
Bartenders may be either customer supplied, or secured through Epiphany - Celebrations & Entertaining.
A TABC certified bartender is recommended.
Clients bringing in alcohol must supply their own drinkware, ice, cocktail napkins, garnishes, etc.
Drinkware, ice, cocktail napkins, garnishes, etc. are available from Epiphany - Celebrations & Entertaining @ an additional cost. If interested, please inquire.
All bartenders secured through Epiphany - Celebrations & Entertaining are TABC certified.
Bartenders secured through Epiphany - Celebrations & Entertaining are @ a rate of $50 per hour.

Catering Policy

Outside catering is permitted @ no additional cost.
Clients utilizing outside catering servies must supply their own dinnerware, serverware, chafing dishes, sternos, food storage supplies (ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap, etc.), flatware, drinkware, etc.
